All registered customers on Cosmall.eu automatically participate in our discount program for the purchase of any cosmetic products. The discount program is implemented on the principle of "Cashback": the buyer's account in the personal cabinet when making a purchase is credited with a reward in the form of a part of the purchase amount.

In the future, you can use the accrued reward for partial payment of the next purchases in the amount of up to 15% of the amount of the order.

The amount of the accrued reward depends on the total amount of purchases made by the customer in our store:

• Beginner - 3% of the purchase amount. Entry level - for the amount of purchases up to 150 euros.
• Regular customer - 5% of the purchase amount. For customers whose sum of all purchases in our store is from 151 to 400 euros .
• Beautyaholic - 7% of the purchase amount. For customers whose total sum of all purchases in our store is from 401 to 999 euro s.
• Pro - 10% of the purchase amount. For customers whose sum of all purchases in our store is from 1000 to 3000 euros.
• Isbraniy - 15% of the purchase amount. For customers who have made purchases in our store in the amount of more than 3000 euros.

Retention period of the accrued reward. The accrued cashback is valid for 180 days from the date of making the purchase for which it was accrued. After the expiration of this period, the reward for this purchase will be zeroed out and it will be impossible to use it.

Accrued cashback (reward) can be used only for partial payment of the next purchases in our online store. This reward is not paid in monetary equivalent and cannot be transferred to another customer of our store. When making a return or canceling an order, the reward previously used within the framework of this program is not returned to the account.

This reward program is a loyalty program for regular customers and can be changed by Cosmall.eu store without prior notification and coordination with customers.
