Order return and refund policy

European Union legislation establishes consumer rights in relation to the return of goods purchased through online shopping. The main rules and requirements are contained in the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights). In accordance with the directive, our rules regarding the return of orders and payments are described below.

Cancellation of purchase

The purchaser may cancel his/her purchase at any time within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.

  • In case the order has not yet been dispatched to the buyer, upon cancellation of the order the full price of the order will be refunded, which includes the cost of the ordered goods and the cost of delivery.
  • If the order has been dispatched to the customer, cancellation of the order will result in a refund of the price of the goods included in the order, with no refund of the delivery charge.
  • If the cancellation of the order was due to the fault of Cosmall.eu (defect, damage or incorrect assembly of the order), we will refund the full price of the order including delivery.

In any case, when cancelling or returning an order, the Buyer must contact Cosmall.eu using the feedback form, via Telegram messenger or by emailing orders@cosmall.eu. Provide us with the number of the order to be cancelled, the reason for cancellation/refund and we will provide you with all the necessary information to carry out the return of goods and refund the order.

Status of the returned item

You may return your order in full or in part. The returned goods must be in the same condition in which you received them: the packaging must not be damaged, the goods must not have been opened and used and must be in a condition suitable for resale. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund if these conditions are not met.

Damaged goods

At the time of receipt of the order, the Buyer must check the integrity of the packaging of the order received from the courier service. In any case of suspicion that the packaging of the order is damaged and that the goods included in the order may have been damaged, we recommend that the order is opened with video and photo documentation, which will allow us to prove with certainty that the damage to the goods was caused during the delivery process. In all cases, if your order contains opened or damaged goods, we will refund your order and the payment for it.

Cost of returning your order

If the cancellation and return of an order is not due to faulty, damaged or incorrectly assembled order, but due to the Buyer's own decision, the cost of the goods included in the order will be refunded. The cost of delivery already made will not be refunded. The cost of the refund is also at the Buyer's expense. In order to reduce the cost of returning a cancelled order, we will provide the services of the delivery service that delivered the order to the Buyer. Payment Refund

Refunds for returned orders are made on the next business day after the order is cancelled, if the order has not yet been shipped, or on the next business day after the returned order arrives at our shop warehouse. The refund is made by the method by which the order was paid for.
