Delivery geography
We deliver orders throughout the European Union and to the UK. All orders are shipped from Cyprus. Local delivery in Cyprus is made by GAP AKIS Express courier service, all international delivery is made by FedEx.
Taxes and fees
In the European Economic Union all products are VAT inclusive, no additional taxes and duties are required. Outside the European Economic Union, additional local taxes, fees and customs charges may be assessed by local customs authorities. The obligation to pay these taxes in this case rests with the buyer. Cosmall.eu does not track or publish tax information for countries outside the European Union.
Delivery times
The full delivery time consists of the lead time for the completion of your order and the delivery time. The lead time for each item is indicated on the product card and you can see it before adding the item to your order. Usually the picking period is 1-2 working days. We process orders on the current day if they are placed before 12 a.m. Cyprus time (Time Zone: GMT+3). Orders placed after 12a.m. will be picked from the next business day.
The delivery time of the order depends on the country of the recipient. Orders shipped within the Republic of Cyprus are usually delivered on the next working day after dispatch. The international delivery time for orders is between 1 and 3 working days.
Shipping costs
The cost of local delivery within Cyprus is 4-6 euros depending on the weight and volume of your order. International shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and the address of the recipient. In both cases the shipping cost is calculated automatically based on GAP AKIS Express and FedEx rates and you can see it at the checkout stage after entering the exact address with postal code.
For example, the cost of delivery to FedEx "zone S" (Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden) for parcels weighing up to 1 kg will be 15.98 euros.
For orders of 150 euros or more, delivery within the European Union is free of charge.
Delivery tracking
In preparation for the shipment of your order, we enter into our information system the delivery track code of your order, with the help of which you will be able to track the delivery of your order online using parcel tracking services GAP Akis Express and FedEx. The link to the track will be sent to your e-mail when your order is shipped, and will also be available in your personal cabinet on our website.
Methods of payment for orders
Orders are accepted for processing and shipment after their full payment. You can pay for your order when placing it by bank card or by selecting payment by bank transfer.
In case of bank card payment you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Viva.com system. We do not receive information about your bank card details: collection, processing and processing of payment is done on the side of Viva.com. In case of payment by direct bank transfer, after placing an order you will need to make a payment to our bank account details (you will receive these details and the order number that you will need to specify in the purpose of transfer after placing the order). Acceptance and processing of incoming bank payments can take up to 3 working days, after receiving the payment the status of your order will be changed to "Paid", after which we will proceed to its assembly and shipment.
In case you have paid for your order, but the status of your order has not changed, please contact us using the feedback form on our website. In your request please specify your order number, date and amount of payment and information about the account from which the payment was made to us.
