Terms and conditions of delivery, methods of payment for orders

Delivery geography

We deliver orders throughout the European Union and to the UK. All orders are shipped from Cyprus. Local delivery in Cyprus is made by GAP AKIS Express courier service, all international delivery is made by FedEx.

Delivery times

The full delivery time consists of the lead time for picking your order and the delivery time. The lead time for each item is listed on the product card and you can see it before adding the item to your order. Usually the picking period is 1-2 working days. We process orders on the current day if they are placed before 12 a.m. Cyprus time (Time Zone: GMT+3). Orders placed after 12a.m. will be picked from the next business day.

The delivery time of the order depends on the country of the recipient. Orders shipped within the Republic of Cyprus are usually delivered on the next working day after dispatch. The international delivery time for orders is between 1 and 3 working days.

Shipping costs

Le coût de la livraison locale à Chypre est de 4 à 6 euros selon le poids et le volume de votre commande. Par exemple, les frais d'expédition pour FedEx zone S (Autriche, Bulgarie, République tchèque, Danemark, Finlande, Hongrie, Irlande, Pologne, Portugal, Roumanie, Slovaquie, Espagne, Suède) pour les colis de moins de 1 kg seront de 15,98 euros.

Pour les commandes jusqu'à 120 euros, la livraison en Europe est gratuite.

Delivery tracking

In preparation for the shipment of your order, we enter into our information system the delivery track code of your order, with the help of which you will be able to track the delivery of your order online using the parcel tracking services of GAP Akis Express and FedEx. The link to the track will be sent to your e-mail when your order is shipped, and will also be available in your personal cabinet on our website.

Methods of payment for orders

Orders are accepted for processing and dispatch after full payment. You can pay for your order when placing it by bank card or by choosing payment by bank transfer.

In case of payment by bank card you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Viva.com system. We do not receive information about your bank card details: collection, processing and processing of payment is done on the side of Viva.com. In case of payment by direct bank transfer, after placing an order you will need to make a payment to our bank account details (you will receive these details and the order number that you will need to specify in the purpose of the transfer after placing the order). Acceptance and processing of incoming bank payments can take up to 3 working days, after receiving the payment the status of your order will be changed to "Paid", after which we will proceed to its assembly and dispatch.

In case you have paid for your order, but the status of your order has not changed, please contact us using the feedback form on our website. In your request, please specify your order number, date and amount of payment and information about the account from which the payment was made to us.
