Developers for INOA

INOA developers are specialized oxidizing agents developed to work with L'Oréal Professionnel INOA ammonia-free dyes. Their unique oil-based formula enhances the action of the dye, ensures even color distribution and gently cares for the hair. They are available in 10, 20 and 30 Vol concentrations for a variety of applications: tinting, gray coverage and lightening up to 3 tones. They create the ideal conditions for long-lasting coloring with maximum care for the health of the hair.
